Hampshire, commonly noted as Hants is the largest county in the Southern coast of England.  The unemployment rate is at 1.9% which is lower than the national rate at 3.3 % as most jobs are derived from Portsmouth and Winchester in the whole country, over the last 10 years, the mortality rate has fallen by a disproportionate number while the birth rate still at a higher number remained almost stagnant. International migration within this district is comparatively low. In 2005, the net migration figure was approximately 20, 000.   This administrative county is divided into 11 districts; Southampton, Portsmouth, Basingstoke and Deane, Gosport, Hart, Fareham/ Portchester, Eastleigh, East Hampshire, Havant, Winchester, Test Valley, New Forest and Rushmoor.
